Welcome to you all to the 2009 season.

In 2009 we are pleased to be welcoming back some repeat guests and a number of new ones. The villa has booked really quickly this year ñ in fact peak season for summer 2009 was all booked by November 2008! So, if you want to be sure of getting your weeks for 2010 do not leave it too late! Our price review will not happen until 1st November and all bookings received before then for 2010 will be at 2009 prices.

We have made a few changes over the winter:

• the pool terrace has been extended to give better shade under the olive trees and more room around the pool.
• we have sorted out the front garden down to the road and have planted a citrus orchard,
• the frontage on to the lane has now has some splendid gates and railings.

The website has seen some new photos and we have added a section showing the villa guest book. If you are unsure that Villa Loukia is what you are looking for, hopefully the comments of other guests will reassure you.

So, once again, happy holidays for 2009!
